Refund Policy

Digital products (PDFs, cards, audio/video): you have 14 days from purchase to request a refund. Just write to contact@momwordsmatter.com.

We want the material to truly help you. If it isn't for you, we'll refund you within that window, no hassle.

1:1 sessions: may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at Keila's discretion.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
